Um am Fußball-Training teilnehmen zu können ist es notwendig, Mitglied im JFKS Fußball-Club zu werden. Da die Plätze pro Team begrenzt sind, ist die Anmeldung bis zur Zusage durch den Verein vorbehaltlich. Für manche Teams werden Wartelisten geführt.

Der jährliche Mitgliedsbeitrag beträgt 120,- Euro. In diesem Beitrag sind für jedes Mitglied folgende Leistungen enthalten:

- die Trainingseinheiten (gemäß Kalender)

- das JFKS-Trikot (ca. alle 2 Jahre, für alle neuen Spieler*innen und ggf. ein Ersatz-Trikot sofern kaputt oder zu klein geworden)

- die Unfallversicherung (über den Hauptverein SC JFKS Berlin e.V.)

- Team- und Einzelfoto

- 1 Medaille

- sowie die generelle Ausstattung bzw. Ausrüstung der Mannschaften

Für neue Mitglieder wird zusätzlich ein einmaliger Registrierungsbetrag in Höhe von 25,- € fällig.

Und so meldet ihr euer Kind an:

-  das zweiseitige Anmeldeformular herunterladen und ausdrucken (siehe unten)

-  das Formular VOLLSTÄNDIG ausfüllen und unterschreiben (beide Seiten)

HINWEIS: Unvollständig ausgefüllte Anmeldungen werden NICHT berücksichtigt.

-  nach offizielle Aufnahme ins Team (nach einem mit den Team-Coaches vereinbarten tryout) ist das unterschriebene Anmeldeformular im ORIGINAL per Post an die auf dem Formular angegebene Adresse der Geschäftsstelle schicken (oder persönlich vorbeibringen) / eine eingescannte Kopie per E-Mail an den Registrar vorab ist sehr hilfreich für den Anmeldeprozess

-  wenn sie neues Mitglied sind: bitte dem Registrar unter soccer.jfksscberlin@googlemail.com eine Mail schicken so dass der jeweilige Coach frühzeitig Infos zu neuen möglichen Spielern bekommt

- erst nach offizieller Anmeldebestätigung durch den Registrar der Soccer-Abteilung wird die Mitgliedschaft im Verein wirksam und bindend

- die Mitgliedschaft endet automatisch zum Saisonende am 31. Juli 2024

-  eine Kündigung der bestätigten Mitgliedschaft kann lediglich schriftlich (Brief oder Mail) bis zum 30. September 2023 erfolgen. Danach ist eine Kündigung nur zum 31.07.2024 möglich

-  bitte auch die Regeln unseres Vereins durchlesen (siehe Ziele und Regeln).

Wenn ihr noch unsicher seid, ob euer Kind ins Fußball-Team möchte, könnt ihr gerne an einem einmaligen Probetraining teilnehmen. Die verbindliche, schriftliche Anmeldung muss dann innerhalb von 2 Wochen erfolgen, da die Kinder erst nach erfolgter Anmeldung über den Verein unfallversichert sind. Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass eure Kinder nur dann am regulären Training teilnehmen können, wenn eine Anmeldung rechtzeitig erfolgt ist und die Mitgliedschaft offiziell vom Verein bestätigt wurde.

Bitte denkt daran, dass sowohl unser Registrar wie auch der Schatzmeister, der die Mitgliedsbeiträge verwaltet, ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiter sind. Bitte berücksichtigt dies bei eurer rechtzeitigen und vollständigen Anmeldung und Erteilung der Einzugsermächtigung.

Membership in the JKFS soccer club is mandatory for participation. The number of participants per group though is limited. Hence the application doesn’t guarantee a seat in the desired team. Some teams might have a waiting list.

The annual member fees are 120 Euros. The fees cover:

- the training in the respective team

-  a soccer uniform (approx. every second year and for all new players plus with replacement of damaged items or items too small)

- insurance (through the main club)

- team picture and individual pictures

- a medal at the end of the season

- the general team equipment.

New members have to pay an additional one-time registration fee of € 25.

Here is how to apply:

-  download and print the two-page application form (see below)

-  fill out the registration form COMPLETELY and sign on both sides so that the Sports Club can direct debit the fees. Not completely filled out applications will not be accepted

-  after official acceptance in to the team by the coaches (after a tryout) please mail the signed application form (the ORIGINAL HARD COPY) by post to the address stated at the top of the form (Geschäftsstelle) / a scanned copy sent to the registrar via e-mail beforehand would be most helpful regarding the registration process

-  if you are a new member: please also mail the registrar at soccer.jfksscberlin@googlemail.com so that he can inform the respective team coach about a possible new player

-  your membership is valid and binding only after the official confirmation by the registrar of the soccer division

-  your membership ends automatically at the end of the season on July 31, 2023

-  the termination of a registered and confirmed membership is only possible until September 30, 2023 by letter or mail. A later termination is only possible to July 31, 2024

If you are unsure whether your child wants to play soccer, please come for a (one-time) free try-out. Nonetheless, registration forms and payments should be done within 2 weeks of the player's training start as kids are only insured after we have received and accepted the application. Kids cannot attend practice if they do not register.

Keep in mind, the registrar is a voluntary position, and we'd much rather play soccer than do paperwork. Not completely filled out and signed applications will not be accepted.

The annual fee cannot be payed in cash. The annual fee will be payed by direct debit only. This is debited from the respective bank account by the Sports Club.
